Suggestions for P3s Couse (78)

Dear Dr. Alan,

Hi, I am Shih-yin Lai and come from Taiwan government, WRA MOEA. I am appreciated for your arrangement about Public- Private Partnerships since 13th Sept. We stayed Vancouver for 60 days to study and learn at UBC. I consider the opportunity to be a special treat because I have been interested in P3s, English and looking forward to studying overseas for a Ph.D. since I was a collegiate student.

Before the last lesson, I need some materials to write our report. For example：

Above all, I think some cases will be helpful in these publications. Could you select 3-4 cases or provide some papers for me. By the way, if you could order for me in Members’ Price will be better.
