Dear my teacher:

I am appreciated for getting letter from you, too. I also transmitted this e-mail to Simon Liao and told about you yesterday. Actually, I worked at Water Resources Agency Ministry Economic Affairs in Taichung since May 1998. It’s a long time no to see you. How are you doing now?

In the past days, I had been in Seattle, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Tetton National Park, New York and Toronto. I had stayed in Vancouver for 40 days since 7th Sept. I will stay two months for the Public Private Partnerships (P3s) course (until November 6th) in UBC. Then, I will leave for San Francisco on November 11th and come back to Taiwan on November 16th. I consider the opportunity to be a special treat because I have been interested in English and looking forward to studying overseas for a Ph.D. since I was a collegiate student.
Anyway, I think you will enjoy researching and teaching in Taichung Healthcare and Management University. I could invite S.T. Tsai dinner together next time.
